UNITER is the collector of the theatre taxing stamp, according to Law 35/1994, amended by Ordinance 123/2000, Law 121/2002 and Order no. 2843/2003.
In the meeting held on December 8, 2008, the UNITER Senate decided to start the financing for the year 2009 in January; there will be only one session for receiving the finance requests for the financial year 2009.
The files have to include the completed finance request form, which you may downloadhere, together with a press excerpt / file.
These documents may be sent via e-mail at pamela@uniter.ro, they may be delivered in person or mailed to UNITER – The Romanian Association of Theatre Artists, 2-4 George Enescu street, sector 1, 010305, Bucharest.
The deadline for submitting the files is January 20, 2009.
The analysis of the finance requests and the finance decision will be carried out by the UNITER Senate, within the limits of the sums available from the collection of the Theatre Taxing Stamp for the year 2009, and the expenses will be discounted at the end of the cultural event, based on documents in proof.
